About the Author
Victoria Cobretti is a new writer with a quirky personality. She loves writing on many subjects and can be found at home playing tabletop games, watching her dogs play, or doing what a writer does best—studying her next plot.
Victoria just finished her first novel in her Gargoyle series, The Bridge ~ Inner City: Gargoyles, that features Kalila Storm from the above short story. She specializes in adventures with f/f romance and in f/f sweet romance stories with action.

Lots of action and a nimble way of giving us the backstory on the ‘world’ she’s in.. let out a cheer when the big guys got what was coming to them.. those aren’t the kind of cocktails that the bar serves.. 😀

Hi Victoria, Kalila seems to be one of a kind. I would have liked to read more of her time with Maggie who must be pretty awesome too, with Kalila as her partner. Thank you for the story!

I had a chance to beta read one of the Goyle stories and I am hooked… this was a nice taste of two of my favorite characters and I hope to be reading a lot more about them in the future!

the thing I like about these kind of stories is the author gets to cut loose and use their imagination
and make up their own rules as they go. there is probably a spare shirt in the backroom of the bar and the window wont take long to board up and the perps are taken care of. on with the date!

I never read a Satyr story. I must admit that I loved the cartoon Gargoyles as a child…so I had to like this. I also love badass heroines…so this was a double plus.

I’m really looking forward to reading more about Kalila and Maggie, I love the world you introduced me to, I adore ‘urban fantasy’ (?) for lack of a better word, and I loved the way Kalila took off her jacket so it wouldn’t get ruined only to have her new shirt torn 😀
